We understand the nature of businesses and how they function.  Through the management of many businesses,  we understand the challenges that lenders and investors face. We are ideally suited to assist lenders and investors in the needed insights into these companies.

Although we do not perform audits in accordance with the standards of the AICPA, we understand GAAP and determine if the financial information provided is in accordance with those standards.  Each engagement is determined by the scope of services agreed upon with the client prior to the engagement.  Based on that scope, we work to provide analysis and conclusions using the information we receive from the borrowers and target companies.
