Our Mission

We are Business Diligence Solutions. We partner with our clients by analyzing financial and operational information to help identify issues and provide solutions for those issues. We do this by performing due diligence and CFO outsourcing services for clients in the lending and investing communities.

We believe that due diligence is more than just issue identification.  Just providing issue identification does not address the underlying problems or actions needed. By partnering with our clients, our experience and knowledge allows us to go beyond identification to also helping our clients determine the possible solutions.

We are former CFOs who know the challenges lenders face when making decisions to extend loans, determining the value of collateral, and determining the true cash flow of those businesses.  Investors have many of the same concerns as lenders, and in addition, must determine the future viability of the businesses based upon historical and forecasted results. They may need immediate CFO resource support to bridge them to a stabilized operating structure. We understand what it takes to assess the condition of the companies being evaluated.
