Brad Velie

Mr. Velie is a seasoned financial due diligence professional in multiple industries with varying sized companies.  He has spent over twenty years in due diligence in healthcare and other industries.  His underwriting and due diligence work was in asset based loans, real estate and, cash flow lending, as well as quality of earnings for private equity sponsors.  Prior to his due diligence career, he was a senior financial executive, including CFO, in multiple public and private companies.  He was the founding CFO of several PE sponsored startup companies.  He has designed and implemented all systems and processes in the creation of companies and is experienced in financial and regulatory reporting. He has negotiated, and closed debt and stock offerings and is highly experienced in M&A. He started his career in public accounting.

He received a BBA in Accounting from Valdosta State University and an MBA from the University of Georgia.  He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
