Michael Gillen

Mr. Gillen has been a CFO or Corporate Controller for over twenty eight years.  He has been in the healthcare industry for the majority of his career with a focus on employer and retail healthcare clinics, urgent care, emergency medicine (both standalone and hospital-based emergency departments), women’s healthcare services and oncology SaaS.  He has led the financial operations of multiple companies ultimately leading to a successful execution of each exit strategy. He has experience working with PE sponsors and is highly skilled in all phases of mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions.  He began his career in the commercial audit division of Arthur Andersen Chicago working with both public and nonpublic companies in many industries.

He received a BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois – Champaign with high honors.  He is a CPA.
